Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Allswap API (the “Service”) operated by Allswap. By registering for an API key or otherwise calling the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Allswap provides a single HTTP API for cross-chain swap quoting and execution. The Service aggregates multiple upstream routes and surfaces the best amount-out at quote time. Specific endpoint behavior is documented at allswap.io/docs/api.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping API secrets confidential and for all activity under your keys.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to facilitate any unlawful activity, including sanctions evasion or money laundering;
  • Attempt to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Resell raw quote or token data to third parties without our written consent;
  • Exceed the rate limits assigned to your tier in a manner designed to evade them.

4. Fees & payment

Pricing is published at allswap.io/docs/pricing. Platform basis-point fees are collected from the swap flow itself and are not separately invoiced. Monthly tier fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Quotes are informational and may move with market conditions. Cross-chain settlement involves risks inherent to underlying networks, none of which Allswap controls.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allswap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid to Allswap in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

8. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email and on the changelog.
