Terms of Service

AllSwap is a non-custodial cross-chain swap aggregation service (the "Service") operated by Haohang Network Technology Co., Limited (Hong Kong, registration no. 76806355). The Service is provided through https://allswap.io and its subdomains. We aggregate quotes across multiple chains, route orders to independent market-makers via market-maker bidding, and your wallet interacts directly with the on-chain settlement protocol — funds never pass through any AllSwap account.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision, you must stop using the Service immediately. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

AllSwap provides: (a) cross-chain swap quote aggregation; (b) routing between market-makers and settlement protocols; (c) swap status lookup. AllSwap does not provide: (a) custody or wallet services; (b) fiat on-ramp or off-ramp; (c) KYC, AML or identity verification; (d) investment, tax or financial advice of any kind; (e) any token issuance, airdrops or rebates.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must not be a resident of, or located in, any country or on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or Hong Kong. You must not be in a jurisdiction where the use of crypto swap services is prohibited by applicable law. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these conditions.

You are solely responsible for: (a) verifying the destination address and target chain — on-chain transfers are irreversible once confirmed, and assets sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered; (b) safeguarding your own private keys, seed phrases and wallets — AllSwap will never ask you for these; (c) lawfully holding, transferring and using crypto assets in your jurisdiction; (d) fulfilling any tax reporting obligations applicable to you; (e) protecting yourself against phishing — always confirm you are on the official allswap.io domain.

AllSwap charges a 0.5% service fee, which is already included in the "minimum received" quote you see. Source-chain Gas is paid by your wallet to the network and does not flow to AllSwap. We reserve the right to adjust fee rates — quotes already locked at the time of any change are not affected. All fees are transparently displayed in the quote breakdown on the swap page.

You acknowledge and accept that: (a) crypto asset prices are highly volatile; (b) blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, downtime or reorgs; (c) although the underlying settlement protocols have been audited by third parties, smart contract risk cannot be fully eliminated; (d) irreversible on-chain losses may result from entering a wrong address or network. AllSwap is not liable for any losses arising from these inherent risks. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

All content of the Service — including but not limited to code, design, UI, copy, trademarks, domain names and the AllSwap name and logo — is owned by Haohang Network Technology Co., Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No copying, adaptation, commercial use or reverse engineering is permitted without our prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllSwap and its affiliates, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the service fees you paid to AllSwap in the swap in question. This section does not limit liability for fraud or willful misconduct, and does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration under its rules then in force, with Hong Kong as the seat of arbitration.
