If a swap can't complete due to slippage, quote expiry, or an on-chain issue, funds refund automatically to your source address — no ticket required.

AllSwap is non-custodial — funds never sit on the platform. When matching can't complete at the quoted rate, the protocol auto-triggers a refund and returns the source asset to the address you sent from.

Refunds trigger automatically, typically within one settlement cycle after a swap is marked failed. No ticket or claim required.

Check the inbound history of your sending address on a source-chain block explorer — you should see the refunded amount. Arrival time depends on source-chain confirmation speed.
