Swap shows failed — what to do
A failed swap usually means the refund has already been triggered — you won't lose funds, but check the cause before retrying.
Likely causes
Failure reasons can include: (1) Quote expired beyond 30 minutes; (2) Market-maker withdrew the quote (under extreme volatility); (3) Slippage protection triggered (actual matched amount falls below 'minimum received'); (4) On-chain anomaly (rare). The first three all refund automatically to the source.
How to fix it
Walk through in order — most cases are resolved at step 1.
- / 01Check the failure reason
Look up the deposit address on the swap page — status details will label the failure type. Most cases trigger an automatic refund and need no action.
- / 02Wait for refund or refresh the quote
If it's slippage or expiry, the refund will arrive automatically. To retry, go back to the swap page and get a fresh quote — the market may have moved.
- / 03Manual refund from support
If status shows 'Failed' but neither the target funds nor a refund have arrived, send the deposit address to @allswapservice and we'll verify and resolve it.
Still not resolved?
Reach @allswapservice on Telegram with the deposit address for this swap. We'll verify and assist as fast as we can — do not resend funds.
