Do I need to register an account, link an email address, or set a password before using AllSwap?

No. The AllSwap consumer web swap does not require an account, a linked email address, a password, or a wallet connection. You enter a receiving address on the destination chain and, optionally, a refund address on the source chain. After creating the order, send the specified amount to the one-time deposit address before the payment countdown expires, including the displayed Memo or Tag if one is required. Having no account does not make a swap anonymous or exempt it from data processing and compliance restrictions.

How is an account-free swap different from an exchange account?

The AllSwap consumer website is not a centralized exchange account that holds a personal balance. You do not create a username, verify an email address, set a login password, and then fund an internal balance. AllSwap does not provide ordinary users with a personal deposit account for long-term storage, a login-based asset or order dashboard, or an internal withdrawal process. Each swap is a separate order: payment is made with a normal on-chain transfer, and the destination asset is sent to the receiving address you entered beforehand.

As a result, there is no “forgot password,” “recover login email,” or “reset account password” process. AllSwap support also does not need your email verification code, wallet password, private key, or seed phrase to investigate an order. Do not trust anyone who asks for those details under the pretext of verifying an account, unfreezing funds, or recovering a password.

How do I complete an AllSwap swap without registering?

1. Choose the swap details. On the AllSwap crypto swap page, select the source chain and asset, destination chain and asset, and amount. First confirm that a live quote is available for that direction.
2. Enter receiving and refund details. Carefully enter the receiving address on the destination chain. If the page offers a refund-address field, use an address you control that matches the source asset's network. Do not reverse the source and destination addresses, and do not identify a network from the token ticker alone.
3. Create and check the order. Once the order is created, rely on the official quote, exact payment amount, one-time deposit address, and payment countdown shown on that order page. If the order returns a depositMemo, meaning a Memo or Tag required with the deposit, copy it exactly. Do not invent one when none is returned.
4. Make one on-chain transfer as instructed. Because you do not need to connect a wallet to the website, you can copy the payment details and send manually from your own wallet or another payment tool. Use the correct network and send the specified asset and amount within the countdown. Do not underpay, overpay, split the payment, or reuse an old deposit address.
5. Save the records and verify the result. Record the source-chain transaction hash, also called a TxID. Then check the destination-chain settlement TxID when the asset arrives. If a refund occurs, verify the refund TxID and the address that actually received it. A blockchain explorer is an important independent way to confirm whether a transfer was finalized and where the funds went.

“No wallet connection required” means the website does not need a wallet session or token approval. It does not mean a swap can proceed without payment and receiving addresses. You must still initiate the source-chain transfer in your wallet or exchange interface, and you remain responsible for mistakes involving the address, network, asset, or Memo.

Without an account, how do order records and recovery work?

There is no email-based personal order center in the account-free flow, and no password process that restores a complete order history. Save the following information as soon as you create an order:

• the orderId and one-time depositAddress;
• the source and destination chains, both assets, the amount, and the payment time;
• the source-chain payment TxID and the destination settlement or refund TxID;
• the receiving address, any refund address you entered, and redacted screenshots that preserve the key order fields.

If you retain the orderId, you can use it to look up that order's status without registering. If both the order ID and deposit address are lost, official support may try to locate the order using the source-chain TxID, but this is not password recovery and does not guarantee that the full order can be restored. A public TxID alone also does not necessarily prove that the requester made the payment. If you paid from a centralized exchange, keep the withdrawal record because it may help establish that the transfer belongs to you. If no refund address was entered when the order was created, a related refund after failure first goes to AllSwap's platform fallback refund address. You must contact official support and provide verifiable evidence of the actual transfer. After support verifies the order and ownership of the payment, the platform issues the refund manually. Saving order identifiers and payment evidence therefore helps not only with status checks but also with claiming this type of refund.

Does no registration mean anonymity or no compliance requirements?

No. No registration only means you do not create a login account consisting of a username, email address, and password. Registration, KYC, on-chain traceability, privacy rules, and compliance screening are separate concepts. The AllSwap consumer flow does not itself include an identity-document upload step, but that is not a promise that a transaction will never be subject to blockchain compliance screening, sanctions restrictions, or applicable local law. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live, and meet the eligibility requirements in the AllSwap Terms of Service.

The AllSwap website may process IP addresses, User-Agent data that identifies browser and device characteristics, access timestamps, blockchain addresses, and swap requests. Swap requests and order-status records may be retained for up to 12 months for support verification, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Addresses, amounts, timestamps, and transaction hashes recorded on a public blockchain do not disappear because you close the website or request account deletion. The account-free model removes registration and login steps; it does not remove your responsibility to verify an order, preserve evidence, comply with applicable law, and protect your wallet. Before starting a swap, make sure you can save the order details and use a payment method and refund address you can verify. That is more useful than trying to recover a login account that does not exist.
