If the AllSwap website is only temporarily unavailable, do not fund an unpaid quote or order. An order funded correctly within its payment window does not require the web page to remain online: the underlying market maker and settlement networks may continue processing it or initiate the applicable refund process. This is not a guarantee of completion or a fixed timeline. A permanent shutdown creates additional risks around order lookup, customer support, and manually claimed refunds.
Identify which of these five situations applies
A website outage does not mean that every order has stopped, nor does it mean that every payment will be returned automatically. The result depends on whether the user funded the order correctly and what happened afterward:
- The quote or order has not been paid: do not send funds. A one-time deposit address, amount, and countdown belong to one specific order. If the page is unavailable and you cannot verify those details, or the payment countdown has expired, do not send funds to an address copied from a screenshot, browser history, or an old page. Wait for the verified official site to return, then obtain a new quote and create a new order through the AllSwap swap interface.
- The order was funded correctly but is still pending: preserve evidence and do not pay again. The one-time deposit address and subsequent execution are generated and handled by the underlying market maker and settlement networks. Under the current product architecture, a temporary front-end outage does not reverse a confirmed source-chain payment and ordinarily does not prevent an initiated order from continuing to settlement or entering the protocol-defined refund process.
- The order succeeded: rely on the destination-chain record. Website availability cannot alter a transaction that is already confirmed on-chain. Use the destination-chain TxID, or transaction hash, in a trusted block explorer for that network. Verify its status, token contract, amount, and final recipient address.
- The order is being refunded: distinguish the two refund paths. If a refund address was supplied, verify the refund TxID and the address specified in the order. If no refund address was supplied, the underlying refund may first arrive at AllSwap's platform fallback refund address. The user must then contact verified official support and provide verifiable proof of the original transfer. After review, the platform handles the refund manually. This is not an automatic return to the source-chain sender address, and no fixed completion time is promised.
- AllSwap has permanently ceased operating: treat recovery and access as uncertain. Protocol-level processing for a correctly funded order may continue without the AllSwap front end, but users cannot assume that every order will complete or that lookup and support functions will remain available.
Why does a temporary front-end outage not mean funds are stored in the website?
The AllSwap website is used to request a quote, create an order, display deposit instructions, and look up order status. It is not a centralized wallet that holds a user account balance. Once a correct deposit has been confirmed on the source chain, closing a browser, a front-end outage, or a DNS failure cannot automatically undo that on-chain transfer. An initiated protocol-level settlement also does not require the user to keep the page open.
However, “not dependent on the front end” does not mean “guaranteed to arrive immediately at the quoted result.” A source- or destination-chain outage, confirmation congestion, liquidity changes, or an issue in the market maker or settlement network may cause a delay, refund, or need for manual handling. Users should read the AllSwap risk disclosure. Non-custodial architecture should not be interpreted as insurance, proof of reserves, a service-level agreement, or a promise of zero risk.
How is temporary unavailability different from a permanent shutdown?
Temporary unavailability may be caused by a network issue, DNS failure, front-end deployment problem, or a short-lived disruption affecting a particular blockchain. Order lookup and support channels may return when the issue is resolved. As of July 2026, AllSwap's public materials do not identify an alternative official domain, an independent read-only disaster-recovery order lookup service, or a contractual fund backstop, insurance policy, or SLA for a permanent shutdown. The AllSwap status page is currently a static status framework; it should not be treated as real-time monitoring for each order or as a complete incident log.
If the service permanently closes, underlying processing for a correctly funded order may still be independent of the AllSwap front end, but that fact does not guarantee recovery for every order. Continued access to verified support, restoration of order lookup, and manual refunds involving the platform fallback address all depend on operational continuity. For that reason, users should enter a source-chain refund address they control when creating an order whenever the interface allows it, and should never treat AllSwap as a place to hold a long-term platform balance.
What should users do while the website is unavailable?
- Stop all new payments. Do not reuse an old deposit address. Do not send an additional “recovery,” “unfreezing,” or “verification” payment. Never trust a purported “backup AllSwap domain” found in a search result or unsolicited message, because no such public backup domain has been announced.
- Preserve order and blockchain evidence. Save the
orderId,depositAddress, source-chain TxID, and destination-chain or refund TxID if one exists. Also record the source and destination chains, assets, amount, recipient address, refund address, and payment time. Redact unrelated personal information from screenshots, but keep all fields needed to verify the order. - Check the on-chain result directly. First use the source-chain TxID to confirm whether payment succeeded and whether its recipient matches the order's deposit address. Then use the destination-chain or refund TxID to determine the final destination. A successful source-chain transfer proves only that the user paid; by itself, it does not prove that the swap succeeded.
- Contact verified official support when it is available. Send the evidence to
[email protected]or Telegram@allswapservice, or consult the AllSwap Help Center after the main site returns. If theorderIdis missing, support may try to locate the order from the source-chain TxID, but full recovery of the order record is not guaranteed.
Official verification never requires a private key, seed phrase, wallet password, one-time passcode, or remote-control access. Treat any account that promises guaranteed recovery during an outage but first demands a deposit, tax, or “unlocking fee” as a high-risk impersonation or scam.
