As of July 2026, AllSwap's public terms and current service implementation do not show a blanket rule that denies access solely because a user connects through a VPN, proxy, or Tor. This does not guarantee that every exit IP will always work. AllSwap has not published an official .onion address, alternate domain, or Tor mirror either; users should enter through https://allswap.io and official pages explicitly linked from that domain.
“No dedicated restriction found” does not guarantee access
A VPN, or virtual private network, normally makes a website see the VPN server's exit IP instead of the public IP of the user's direct connection. Tor routes a connection through several nodes, so the destination website normally sees a Tor exit node's IP. The current AllSwap product flow does not show a rule that specifically refuses service based on IP geolocation or the use of a VPN, proxy, or Tor, and the public Terms of Service do not impose a blanket ban on these tools.
Successful page access still depends on the network path and security infrastructure. A shared VPN or Tor exit may generate a large number of requests in a short period and be challenged by general security controls or rate limits. An exit node could also be blocked by an internet service provider, DNS service, browser extension, or the user's local network. Strict script, cookie, or content permissions in Tor Browser may prevent a quote component, payment countdown, or order status from loading correctly. These are cases in which a particular connection is challenged, limited, or blocked; they do not mean that AllSwap guarantees every VPN or Tor node will remain available.
The longer network path may also increase latency. A VPN or Tor connection does not extend the payment countdown shown on an order page or preserve a market price that has already changed. If the page is slow, the order state is unclear, or the quote is close to expiring, stop before paying and obtain clear, current order information. Do not send assets using an old screenshot or cached deposit address.
Can a VPN or Tor change a user's eligibility?
No. Connection technology and legal eligibility are separate issues. A VPN or Tor changes the network route; it does not change a user's age, identity, applicable local law, source of wallet funds, or sanctions status. Under AllSwap's current terms, users must be at least 18 years old, must not be a person or be in a region covered by United Nations, United States, European Union, United Kingdom, or Hong Kong sanctions, and must not use the service where local law prohibits crypto-asset swaps.
If a user is ineligible without a VPN or Tor, choosing another exit IP does not make that user eligible. VPNs and Tor must not be used to evade sanctions, geographic restrictions, on-chain compliance screening, or lawful investigations. Local rules may change by jurisdiction and over time, and the fact that an AllSwap page opens does not confirm that the service is lawful for a particular user. Anyone uncertain about eligibility should review the latest terms before payment and obtain appropriate professional legal advice where needed.
Does AllSwap have an official .onion address or mirror?
No. AllSwap has not published an official .onion address, alternate domain, or Tor mirror. A .onion address is a special site address reachable through the Tor network, but the suffix alone does not establish any relationship with AllSwap. It also does not authenticate the page content, deposit address, or supposed support representative.
Treat any page claiming to be an “official AllSwap dark-web entrance,” “censorship-resistant mirror,” or “backup swap site” as unverified:
- Do not connect a wallet, enter a recipient address, or send assets. A fake site can copy the branding, quote interface, and help content while replacing the deposit address with one controlled by an attacker.
- Do not rely on HTTPS or a padlock icon as proof of identity. TLS encryption protects the connection between the browser and the domain currently displayed; it does not prove that the domain belongs to AllSwap. Check the hostname character by character and use
allswap.ioor an official page explicitly linked from that site. - Avoid search advertisements, shortened links, QR codes, and unsolicited messages. Prefer typing
https://allswap.iodirectly, check for extra characters, lookalike letters, or an unusual suffix, and then save the verified page as a bookmark. - Ask official support before trusting an unknown mirror. Contact

How can users reduce order risk when using a VPN or Tor?
If a user chooses a VPN or Tor while remaining eligible under the terms and local law, the priority is a continuous, verifiable order session—not an entrance that merely appears “more anonymous.”
- Verify the domain and certificate status before using the page. The address bar should show
https://allswap.io. Do not ignore certificate, redirect, or phishing warnings from the browser. - Establish a stable connection before creating an order. If the asset list, quote, recipient field, or order status repeatedly fails to load, do not continue on that connection.
- Recheck the order immediately before payment. Confirm the source chain, source asset, amount, one-time deposit address, payment countdown, and any deposit-side Memo or Tag returned by the page. Never use an address from a chat log or an old order.
- Retain the minimum evidence needed for troubleshooting. After creating the order, save its
orderId, one-time deposit address, network, asset, amount, and source-chain transaction hash, or TxID. Redact unrelated balances and personal information from screenshots. - Do not pay twice after a connection failure. If the wallet has already broadcast the transaction, first verify the TxID in a source-chain block explorer, then check the order through the same official domain. If the page remains unavailable, send the necessary evidence through an official channel listed in the AllSwap Help Center. Reloading the page, changing an exit node, or not seeing a success message does not mean the first transaction was never sent.
The real privacy limits of VPNs and Tor
With a VPN, a website normally sees the VPN exit IP; with Tor, it normally sees the Tor exit node's IP. This may reduce the website's direct visibility of the user's original public IP, but it does not guarantee complete anonymity or prevent other exposure caused by a device, browser, or network configuration. A VPN provider's practices, the way Tor is used, and endpoint security also create separate trust and risk boundaries.
More importantly, AllSwap still needs the network, asset, amount, one-time deposit address, destination recipient address, and optional refund address required to process an order. During a visit, technical data such as the IP address, User-Agent, and timestamps may also be processed as explained in the AllSwap Privacy Policy. The address, amount, time, and TxID produced by a deposit, destination payment, or refund are recorded on the relevant blockchain. Changing a VPN or Tor exit, browser, or cookie settings cannot erase existing on-chain history.
The accurate conclusion is therefore that a VPN or Tor may change the network exit visible to a website. It does not make an AllSwap order untraceable or provide an exemption from compliance requirements. Before using a privacy tool, make sure the official domain can be verified, the connection is stable, the order details are complete, and the user is eligible for the service. These checks reduce practical payment risk more effectively than forcing a transaction through an unstable node as the countdown nears expiry.
