No. AllSwap's consumer product only supports on-chain swaps from one crypto asset to another. It does not accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or wire transfers, and it does not convert crypto and send fiat money to a card or bank account. Stablecoins such as USDT and USDC are still crypto assets recorded on a blockchain; swapping into a stablecoin is not the same as cashing out to fiat.
What does AllSwap provide—and what does it not provide?
AllSwap aggregates crypto swap quotes for an order. After the source-chain deposit is received, liquidity and underlying settlement networks deliver the destination asset to the on-chain recipient address entered by the user. The normal inputs and outputs are crypto assets and blockchain addresses, not bank cards, bank accounts, or cash balances. The AllSwap Terms of Service describe this product scope and distinguish crypto-asset swaps from fiat on-ramp and off-ramp services.
The following three activities are therefore outside AllSwap's current consumer product:
- Buying crypto with fiat: You cannot use Visa, Mastercard, or another credit or debit card on AllSwap, nor can you buy BTC, ETH, USDT, or another asset through a bank transfer, wire transfer, or local payment method.
- Depositing fiat with AllSwap: AllSwap does not provide ordinary users with a US dollar, euro, renminbi, or other fiat account. It does not issue bank payment instructions for fiat deposits.
- Cashing out crypto to a bank: AllSwap does not convert BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, or another asset into fiat and pay it to a card or bank account. It also does not offer a fiat balance or bank withdrawal function.
Because these functions are unavailable, a normal AllSwap swap does not ask for a card number, bank account number, bank name, or fiat account details. Users only need to handle the network, asset, amount, and blockchain addresses required by the order. If the confirmed order returns or displays a deposit Memo/Tag, that routing information is mandatory and must be copied exactly. Leave it blank only when the order does not provide a Memo/Tag.
This product flow is consistent with AllSwap not collecting standard KYC documents for its normal crypto swap service. However, that fact does not establish which licenses or identity checks a fiat business legally does or does not require. Fiat-service and verification requirements depend on the third-party provider and the user's jurisdiction.
Are USDT and USDC fiat currencies?
No. USDT and USDC are commonly described as stablecoins: blockchain tokens designed to track the target price of a reference asset, often a fiat currency. They can be sent, received, and swapped on supported networks, but holding a stablecoin is not the same as holding a US dollar deposit at a bank. It does not automatically create money that can be withdrawn from an ATM or paid into a bank account.
For example, using AllSwap to exchange another crypto asset for USDC on a particular network completes a crypto-to-stablecoin swap. What the user receives is still a token on that blockchain. To obtain fiat money in a bank account afterward, the user must separately use a third-party service with an appropriate fiat off-ramp.
The same stablecoin ticker on different networks is not automatically interchangeable. A label such as USDT or USDC alone is insufficient to confirm compatibility. Before creating an order, check the exact network, asset identifier, swap direction, and live availability on the AllSwap exchange page.
What should I do if I need a fiat on-ramp or off-ramp?
If you want to buy crypto with fiat first and then use AllSwap for an on-chain swap, keep the two services separate and follow these boundaries:
- Evaluate a third-party fiat service yourself. Choose a service that you may legally use where you live and that clearly supports your fiat currency, crypto asset, and blockchain network. AllSwap has not confirmed or published an official fiat partner, so it does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee the availability of any particular exchange, payment provider, or over-the-counter service.
- Review the third party's rules and total cost first. A fiat provider may require an account, KYC, card verification, or source-of-funds checks. It may also charge card processing fees, trading fees, spreads, bank fees, or on-chain withdrawal fees and apply its own limits, exchange rates, settlement times, and refund policy. These checks and costs are independent of AllSwap.
- Create an AllSwap order only after you have the on-chain asset. Select the source network and asset you actually hold, enter the destination-chain recipient address, and obtain the confirmed order's official quote, exact amount, one-time deposit address, payment countdown, and any deposit Memo/Tag returned by the order.
- Send only the correct on-chain transaction. From a wallet or exchange that supports withdrawals on the specified network, send the crypto asset using the order's network, asset, exact amount, and one-time deposit address. If the confirmed order returns or displays a deposit Memo/Tag, copy it exactly as mandatory routing information; omit it only if the order does not provide one. Never try to transfer fiat from a banking app to a one-time blockchain deposit address, and never treat that address as a card number, bank account, IBAN, or wire instruction.
Cashing out requires the same two-stage separation. When a live quote is available, AllSwap can swap one on-chain asset into another, such as a stablecoin. Selling that asset for fiat and sending the proceeds to a bank account must be handled by a fiat off-ramp chosen separately by the user.
Before depositing to any third-party service, confirm that it accepts the specific network version of the asset, whether it requires a Memo/Tag, and whether its deposit address is still valid. Using the wrong network or omitting a required Memo/Tag may prevent the deposit from being credited. Never send funds merely because the ticker symbols look the same.
How should the fees be separated?
AllSwap charges a 0.5% consumer service fee, whose effect is reflected in the order quote and expected output. When sending the deposit from a source wallet, the user separately pays the source blockchain's network fee, or Gas. Use the current order page for the applicable quote and minimum amount to be received, and see the AllSwap fee explanation for the fee boundaries.
Any card-processing charge, bank fee, buy/sell spread, KYC-related processing cost, withdrawal fee, or other charge imposed by a third-party fiat on-ramp or off-ramp is neither collected nor controlled by AllSwap. It cannot be treated as included in AllSwap's 0.5% service fee. For a meaningful comparison, calculate four components separately: the fiat purchase or sale cost, the third party's blockchain deposit or withdrawal cost, the AllSwap quoted result, and the source-chain Gas. Then compare the final amount of fiat or crypto you would actually receive.
Can an AllSwap refund go back to my bank card?
No. An AllSwap order refund is also an on-chain refund in a crypto asset; it is not converted into fiat or returned to a credit card, debit card, or bank account. If a refund address was entered when the order was created, the refund is handled using the source-chain refund address recorded for that order. If no refund address was entered, the relevant funds first go to AllSwap's platform fallback refund address. The user must then contact official support and provide verifiable proof of the actual payment before the platform can review the claim and process a manual refund. Neither the review time nor the on-chain arrival time can be guaranteed in advance. See how AllSwap handles refunds for details.
If you originally purchased the crypto through a third-party card service, that purchase and the subsequent AllSwap on-chain swap are two independent services. AllSwap cannot cancel the third-party purchase, instruct the bank to reverse the payment, or file a card chargeback for you. You should also check the laws, transaction-record obligations, and tax-reporting rules that apply to crypto trading and fiat on-ramp or off-ramp activity where you live. AllSwap does not provide legal or tax advice.
The practical rule is straightforward: use AllSwap to check for a live quote when you need to exchange one on-chain asset for another. If you need to buy crypto with a bank card, make a fiat deposit by bank transfer, or cash out crypto to fiat, use an independent fiat service that you have evaluated and may legally access in your location. Keep the networks, fees, KYC requirements, and refund responsibilities of the two stages separate.
